Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine Working Process The production process of a roof panel roll forming line generally includes the following steps: ✅Decoiling Steel coils are loaded onto a hydraulic or manual decoiler. The coil is uncoiled and fed into the forming line. ✅Leveling & Guiding A leveling unit straightens the coil material. Side guiding ensures accurate coil feeding. ✅Roll Forming The coil passes through a series of forming rollers. Each roller gradually bends the sheet into the required roof panel profile (corrugated, trapezoidal, or tile shape). ✅Hydraulic Cutting After forming, the sheet is cut to the required length automatically. Hydraulic or servo cutting systems ensure accuracy. ✅Finished Product Output The completed roof panels are discharged onto the run-out table. Sheets are stacked manually or with an automatic stacker.
